On Thursday, I got the itch to work a little with Branson on potty training... back on his birthday his Nonny bought him some really cool Lightning McQueen undies so I decided to put them on him for a bit. We tried them on just before bathtime on Thursday night and then told Branson to use the potty which he did very willingly! Friday morning as we were getting ready, we did the same thing and once again he did great... Friday after school we went to visit my grandparents and Branson told me he had to go #2 and he was right! He went right in the potty without any complaints. Saturday was similar and he told me he had to go, we rushed to the potty and he went! Sunday was a little harder as we were rushing around and he is not feeling well, but all in all, he is picking this thing up! Hoping to try a little more this week and see what he can do!

Monday
Monday we went to see the Disney movie Up. Of course Branson loved watching the movie and sat through it like a champ! Before we went we had to stop for breakfast... Branson and Brandon were playing a cute game with their baseball hats... unfortunately I didn't get a good shot of the two of them! But I couldn't pass it up to share this one.

Go Tommy!!!
Brandon got free tickets to the Round Rock Express Baseball game on Sunday, so we headed out there to watch the game! Branson was a trooper and really got into cheering for the players by name! It was fun to watch him! His favorite player was Tommy and so when Grandma bought him a toy the next day, he made sure to name him Tommy. :) too cute! We had intended to stay for the fireworks, but when the game was still tied in the 12th inning, we gave up! Good thing we did too, because they didn't win the game until the 15th inning!

Oatmeal Flyer!
Saturday we woke up early had our usual donuts for breakfast and headed to Cedar Park to catch the train to Bertram! Branson and Grandma both had a blast riding the train. This weekend was the 31st annual Oatmeal Festival in Bertram... we watched the parade, but didn't actually go to the festival before reboarding and heading back home.

Donuts!
So I thought today I would blog about something a little different... The girls at my work are absolutely wonderful, but they are also a little nosey/oh wait... I am supposed to say "observant" (right Erin?)... Well over the last couple of months they have been gossiping about my whereabouts, my habits and other various small tidbits. They have determined that when I get pregnant I have a few tell-tale signs #1 I stop working out, #2 I bring/eat donuts more often, (#1 & #2 do not make a great combination!)#3 I suddenly leave the office for unannounced appointments... I have to give them credit for their detective skills. So, I confirmed their suspicions a couple of weeks ago by presenting them with a box of donuts!
Turns out that they are 100% correct. We couldn't be more excited about our great news! The doctor said at our last appointment that she now considers us "out of the woods for miscarriage." She said that she is certain I will still be nervous, but we have heard the strong heartbeat at 160-170 and things are progressing really well. We are officially due on March 19th, but are shooting for sometime in February. Brandon says that he thinks we can go all the way, but the doctors and I are doubtful. With Branson coming at 32.5 weeks, we know that our baby will be perfectly healthy at this stage and are blessed with any extra days.
*On a side note and if you do or do not believe in coincidence or devine intervention.... we found out on March 18th of this year that something was wrong with our twins and that we would not be having them... Now we are pregnant again with a due date of March 19th. Its just all too much to be coincidental! God is good - All the time!
